Meet Attorney Noah A. Kinigstein
New York City attorney Noah A. Kinigstein has spent more than 30 years protecting the rights of employees. In the last three decades, he has battled small and large employers in defense of unjustly treated employees. His relentless defense of employees has resulted in leading cases that have set important legal precedents in workplace discrimination and employer retaliation.
He is a skilled, experienced trial lawyer who has litigated at all levels of jurisdiction, including city, state and federal courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Kinigstein is a member of the U.S. Supreme Court Bar Association and has been a member of the National Employees Law Association for 20 years.
He is the co-author of Rights of Employees, a handbook of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).
